Congratulations Heny and Marianne - Our March & April Employee of the Month Winners!

Please join us in congratulating Heny and Marianne, our Employee of the Month winners for March & April!

March - Heny

In her role as a Front of House Team Leader, she performs strongly on a daily basis, and has taken ownership for training new and existing colleagues within the Reception and Hospitality areas of our operation, maintaining high standards and updating work instructions for both areas.

During her time with FC, she has played a key role assisting with Reception operations, our Front of House meeting rooms and event spaces, catering deliveries, room setups and room bookings. Apart from these roles, Heny is always the first to put her hand up to plan and organise team bonding events for our Front of House Team, such as morning tea in January and more recently a lunch event in March, with both get togethers being well received by her fellow colleagues.

At the start of this year, Heny’s tremendous efforts onsite have also been recognised with her being asked to step up as Assistant Manager for a couple of shifts each week. She has grabbed this opportunity with both hands and is doing an excellent job looking after both our client, their guests, and our Front of House Team.

Heny, thank you for being a great team player and for your continued hard work and efforts onsite – We really appreciate your full support, flexibility, and commitment.

April - Marianne

Marianne has been outstanding since her introduction, taking her time to learn process & procedures, before implementing her own stamp of proceedings. She has done this with positivity and poise, leading the client to regularly remark on her engagement and professionalism. She received the following client feedback for her outstanding efforts:

"It would be remiss of me not to bring to your attention the exceptional service provided by Marianne last Thursday.

We required staging of a large Forum involving representatives of the Sikh and Hindu Communities of Victoria. This Forum, an important “bridge building” initiative, was a world first in respect to liaison with these communities and was deemed to have been a great success. Many of the involved parties stated that they believed that the standard of the room was excellent, and its set up, access to technology and general access was superb as well. Aside from the excellence that the venue provided, I believe that it was the exemplary conduct of Marianne that needs to be especially acknowledged. Quite simply, her professional demeanour, excellent attitude, friendly personality and obvious pride in her work was clearly evident at this Forum and in the leadup to it.

Alas, technology is not my forte and Marianne, obviously appreciating this, sensitively and professionally arranged all necessary IT for us.  Nothing was too much bother for her to assist me with. As you can appreciate, community liaison is a vital function of our core work in providing community reassurance and harmony, and Marianne’s professional conduct in positively representing us via her proximity to Indian community leaders and Government Officials contributed greatly to enhancing our reputation with this this major community.

It transpired that at the conclusion of the Forum, a Fire Drill took place which saw Marianne engaged in Fire Warden duties of which she performed with the same care, diligence and professionalism that she had displayed earlier with the staging of our event.”
